Through evidence-based guidance, community connection, and one-on-one mentoring, we help Moms care for themselves first, overcome postpartum symptoms, heal in recovery and find empathetic care so they can care for their families from a place of strength and wholeness.

The First Two was born to help Mother’s newly in postpartum from 0- 2 years overcome postpartum symptoms through postpartum nutrition and minerals, warmth in recovery, post blood labs to understand what is going on within her body and loving on her with empathic care.
