Pregnancy | Postpartum | Motherhood
Motherhood doesn’t erase you.
It reveals you. 🤎
Ministry + Mission = Motherhood.Â
The First Two exists to walk alongside Black Mothers from the very beginning—conception through their baby’s early years—offering real, relatable support. Through evidence-based guidance, community connection, and one-on-one mentoring, we help Moms care for themselves first, overcome postpartum symptoms, heal in recovery and find empathetic care so they can care for their families from a place of strength and wholeness.

Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations. - Jeremiah 1:5
Core ValuesÂ
FAITH - Our foundation is faith in Jesus Christ. We believe healing, hope, and strength come from Him alone.
FAMILY - Family is the first ministry. We support mothers in caring for themselves so they can care for their homes from a place of overflow, not depletion.
NUTRITION - We believe food is not only fuel, but healing. By teaching mothers to nourish their bodies, we honor the temple of God.
COMMUNITY - We restore the village by fostering connection, compassion, and shared care. No mother should walk alone.
Your Mentor. Your Sister.
Your Mama Friend.
The First Two was born to help Mother’s newly in postpartum from 0- 2 years overcome postpartum symptoms through postpartum nutrition and minerals, warmth in recovery, post blood labs to understand what is going on within her body and loving on her with empathic care.
“I learned the importance of having a village, how to prepare for and properly recover, how to care for my body and listen to its cues, how to set boundaries with myself and with others, what foods to eat to help me in both pregnancy and postpartum, how to stand in my autonomy in a medical environment, and how to be vulnerable knowing that I wasn’t alone.”
🌿 Your Healing Matters
After birth, many mothers silently experience what’s known as postpartum depletion — a deep exhaustion of the body, mind, and spirit caused by the physical demands of pregnancy, birth, and new motherhood. It often goes unspoken, yet it’s incredibly common.
Your recovery deserves as much care as your birth. ✨ Learn how honoring your body with warmth can help replenish your strength, ease your mind, and protect your long-term well-being.
