Hi My Mama! ❤️
When I got pregnant in the summer of 2022, I knew my life was about to change completely. I was excited, anxious, nervous—and thinking about all the things I wanted for my future child.
(Spoiler alert: IT WAS A BOY!)
During pregnancy, I discovered I had multiple uterine fibroids, which made those nine months challenging and uncomfortable. With my background in personal training and my passion for nutrition, I leaned into nourishing my body while also stepping into my medical autonomy to make the best decisions for myself and my baby.
My cesarean birth was the most peaceful, spiritual, and terrifying moment of my life. But the instant I heard that first cry, everything shifted—HE WAS HERE, and HE WAS MINE.
Recovery was tough, but with warming techniques, broths, intentional nutrition, and the most beautiful support system a girl could dream of, I healed. I felt nourished, supported, and present as I poured love into my baby.
Then came 2024—the hardest year of my life. Postpartum depression hit me hard. My iron levels dropped to dangerous levels, I felt disconnected from myself, and the demands of motherhood consumed me. It was dark, painful, and isolating—but even in that valley, I was unknowingly collecting the wisdom and tools that would become my mission.
That mission is now The First Two—a space that supports mothers in the first two years postpartum through nutrition, mineral support, warming recovery, and functional lab work to truly understand what their bodies need. It’s about more than healing physically; it’s about empowering women with knowledge, love, and empathy to thrive in their recovery journey.
I’ve learned firsthand the power of a village, the importance of preparing for and supporting recovery, the role of food in healing, and the courage it takes to advocate for yourself in the medical space. Now, I walk alongside mothers, helping them feel seen, heard, and cared for—because we deserve that kind of love.
Outside of my work, I’m a writer and a deep connector at heart. I love traveling, dancing, rewatching my favorite shows (hello, Gilmore Girls and One Tree Hill!), and soaking in the beauty of the fall season. Pink and green make me happy, worship music grounds me, and being with my family is my greatest joy. Above all, I am a servant of Christ, grateful that He entrusted me with this calling to love and serve women in their most tender seasons of life.
I’m here for my mothers. I see you. I hear you. And I’m here to help you heal, recover, and reclaim your strength—body, mind, and spirit. 💕
