hello, my beautiful Mother.
Crystal Elliott is a maternal wellness educator, womb health advocate, and founder of The First Two—a holistic wellness and education platform created to support women from conception through the first two years after birth.
After a 20-year career in real estate, where she grew from a front-desk receptionist into a top-producing sales agent known for her leadership, drive, and relationship-centered approach, Crystal experienced a transformative shift when she became a mother herself.
Pregnancy ushered her into what she now calls a rebirth of self. Navigating a cesarean birth, chronic postpartum depletion, chronic fibroid challenges, and the emotional and spiritual restructuring that accompanies new motherhood, Crystal found herself face-to-face with the gaps in modern maternal care—especially for Black women.
The physical demands of recovery, the emotional intensity of early motherhood, and the lack of comprehensive, evidence-based support revealed a systemic problem: women were being asked to survive seasons that required deep nourishment, education, and community.
Out of her healing journey, The First Two was born.
Today, Crystal is dedicated to educating and empowering women with the knowledge she knew Mothers so desperately needed.
Through mentorship, courses, workshops, and community-centered support, she helps mothers understand postpartum nutrition, advocate confidently in medical settings, navigate emotional and hormonal shifts, prepare for recovery, honor their evolving identities, and rebuild their bodies with compassion instead of pressure.
This is postpartum care.
Whether you are in your first six weeks postpartum, 6 months postpartum or even 6 years I walk with you every step of the way.
Our programs & products are built with our Mothers in mind. Their children. Their families. Our Mothers are the temperature of their homes. The core of the family. When we are well - we love ourselves, we find our joy, and the home feels our significant comfort.
This is support that mothers rarely receive — but deeply deserve.
“I truly believe that Ministry + Mission = Motherhood. We are the most beautiful design that God has made and deserve such intimate and the softness that care can provide.”
